Spending Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the key location to the slopes was perfect for us to spend time skiing together as a family. the staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room, which were well-maintained and the perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes.
The pool closed early in the evening, and the chill-out area with a pool table also closed quite early. It would have been great to have the option to hang out and play pool after dinner.

The location is excellent, as I could ski to the main lifts right from outside the hotel. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped for my family, and the small kitchen was perfectly fine for cooking. The staff was friendly and could speak English. The hotel was also well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful stay. Additionally, the maintenance guy was quick to fix any issues, and I could order baked goods from reception for breakfast the next day.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the slopes. Guests can ski right from outside the hotel or take a button lift to get back home. the two-bedroom flat is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a family of four. the staff is friendly and helpful, and some can even speak English. the rooms are soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful stay. the hotel also offers the convenience of ordering fresh baked goods for breakfast.
Some areas of the hotel were poorly maintained, with icy footpaths and a flooded corridor and ski storage room.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the fact that the hotel was conveniently located right next to the slopes, allowing us to ski directly from the hotel. It was such a time-saving and hassle-free experience. the attached ski hire was a great bonus, as we didn't have to go far to rent our equipment. Another advantage we enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always ready to assist us with any inquiries or concerns we had.
We found that some of the furniture in the rooms was a bit outdated and worn. It would have been nice to have more comfortable beds for a better night's sleep.

Excellent location for skiing, spacious two-bedroom flat, well-equipped kitchen, friendly and English-speaking staff, great soundproofing, prompt maintenance service.
